1. Shipping Regions – We currently offer shipping across India. We strive to deliver our products to all corners of the country so you can enjoy the quality and love that goes into each of our Laddu Gopal dresses.

2. Processing Time – Once your order is successfully placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day. During high-demand periods or festivals, the processing time may extend to 3-4 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping – We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹500. For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping charge of ₹50 will be applied.

Express Shipping – If you wish to expedite your delivery, we offer express shipping at an additional charge of ₹100, regardless of order value.

4. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery – Estimated delivery is 4-7 business days depending on your location.

Express Delivery – Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days for express orders.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or regional lockdowns.

5. Tracking Your Order – Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with your tracking number and a link to track your order in real-time. You can use this to stay updated on your package’s journey.

6. Undeliverable Packages – In rare cases, if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, multiple delivery attempts, or the recipient being unavailable, we will notify you immediately. We can re-ship the package at an additional cost, or offer a refund minus the shipping charges.

7.
